ABOUT

“My passion is to find hidden connections between unrelated objects.”
Miguel Ivorra aims to create accessible and high impact works. His installation pieces engage with the audience and encourage the public to have a shared experience. Ivorra’s practise is extremely eclectic and multimedia, with his production of highly stylised acrylics and drawings, ironically modified and wrapped sculptures. Through his artworks, he explores irreverent topics, socio-political concepts and he motivates the visitor to reflect about them thorough individual encounters.
Miguel Ivorra was born in Elche (Spain). He currently lives and works in London where he exhibited his work in several shows. He has been a member of Transition Collective from 2011 and joined Guerilla Galleries in 2012.
Miguel studied Art foundation at the Brighton and Hove City College and has been graduated in Fine Art this year at East London University.
